Patient Assess Standards Coordinator

Encompass Health is seeking a Patient Assess Standards Coordinator to lead the development and oversight of standardized patient assessment practices across our inpatient rehabilitation services. In this role, you will design and refine assessment protocols, monitor outcomes data, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Partnering closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will integrate assessment findings into care plans, support staff training, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
