• Hourly Pay Rate: Tier 1: $350/hour and below

What You’ll Do

• Manage 60-70% obstetrics patients, including high-risk cases (diabetes, hypertension, multiples)
• Handle 30-40% gynecology cases, such as annual exams, abnormal uterine bleeding, birth control, and consults for fibroids or polyps
• Perform ultrasounds (initial dating scans, fetal position checks, basic gynecological ultrasounds)
• Conduct in-office procedures including LEEP, colposcopy, IUD placement, and contraceptive injections
• Support labor & delivery, assist CNMs/FPOBs, and provide gynecological coverage in ER
• Collaborate with support staff (RN, CNMs, FPOBs, X-ray tech, MA, LPN/LVN, Lab tech) in a multidisciplinary environment
• Be comfortable at the CAH facility with Level 2 nursery and on-site CNMs

What You Need

• Required: Active medical license in Washington; experience in OB/GYN; ability to manage high-risk deliveries and gynecologic procedures
• Preferred: Previous experience reading ultrasounds, familiarity with Epic EMR, and comfort in a diverse patient population
