Description Hospice Aide (CNA)
Full-Time Provide comfort when it matters most. We're looking for a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) who is passionate about caring for patients and supporting families during one of life's most important journeys. In this role, you'll provide hands-on personal care that helps patients remain comfortable, safe, and dignified in their own homes while working alongside an experienced hospice team. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll provide hands-on personal care that helps patients remain comfortable, safe, and dignified in their own homes while working alongside an experienced hospice team. What You'll Do
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and light exercises
- Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the clinical team
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Make a real difference through compassionate, one-on-one care
- Work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary hospice team
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with autonomy in the field
- Be part of an organization that values compassion, dignity, and quality of care
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state of practice)
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Previous hospice, home health, long-term care, or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
- Strong communication and time management skills
