Not have been previously employed by UniFirst. What Your Role Entails Manage an Assigned Route: Be the primary point of contact, delivering and picking garments and products daily. Support Daily Operations: Load and unload route trucks to ensure daily accuracy and efficiency. Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Grow Customer Relationships: Build rapport, address service needs, and introduce new garments and products. Drive Sales Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and increase routes to grow earnings. Represent UniFirst on the Road: Operate a company walk‑in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and reinforcing customer relationships. Engage in a Physically Active Role: Work indoors and outdoors, requiring energy, attention to detail, and safety commitment. Contribute to Service Excellence: Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with safety standards. Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends; service the same route and customers each week. Strong Customer Service Skills: Work independently while fostering a team mentality and delivering exceptional service. Relevant Experience: Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using and learning new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Physical Stamina: Lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.; remain on feet for extended periods.
