Role Description The Financial Analyst at Bennett LLC will support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to guide data‑informed decision‑making across the business. This full‑time, on‑site role, based in California’s Central Valley, will analyze financial statements, prepare regular financial reports, and monitor key performance indicators. The individual will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate business performance, model scenarios, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include preparing variance analyses, supporting month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, and maintaining accurate financial models and dashboards. The Financial Analyst will also assist in developing recommendations for leadership, contributing to strategic planning and long‑term financial sustainability. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, including knowledge of core financial concepts and business fundamentals. Experience in financial planning and budgeting, with the ability to build and maintain financial models and forecasts. Proficiency with financial statements and financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting. Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly. Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software; experience with ERP or BI tools is beneficial. Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
