Overview Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States Start date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly pay: $2,190 - $2,299 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Shift: Four 10-hour days (4x10-hour shifts) per week Setting: Hospital-based travel assignment in the cath lab Responsibilities Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures, including left heart catheterizations and right heart catheterizations Support high-risk PCI, peripheral procedures, and pacemaker/lead management within the cath lab Participate in structural heart procedures and related technologies (e.g., ECMO, EKOS) as assigned Ensure procedural readiness, sterile technique, and patient safety throughout all cases Collaborate with cardiology physicians, nurses, and other team members to deliver timely, quality care Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and equipment used; adhere to unit protocols and safety standards Requirements Certification: ARRT or RCIS required Certification: American Heart Association BLS current at time of assignment Education: Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited technology program (CVT or Radiology) Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent cath lab experience; 2–4 years of interventional/diagnostic experience within the specialty Special requirements: Structural Heart and ECMO experience required Other: Cath lab proficiency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced interventional setting Benefits Guaranteed 40 hours per week 13-week travel assignment with hospital-based duties Travel-oriented employment with dedicated support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
