Our work includes fixed conveyors, mobile conveyors & stackers, tube conveyors, belt feeders, mobile processing plants, bins, hoppers, and transfer towers. Additionally, we have significant expertise in penstock, piping, gates, and general structural steel. Position Summary Lead industrial fabrication projects from contract award through final closeout. Own customer relationships, schedule, budget, execution, quality, and profitability. Estimating experience is preferred and candidates able to support proposal reviews and change-order pricing are highly valued. Primary Responsibilities Lead kickoff meetings Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate engineering, purchasing, production and shipping Manage customer communication Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders Track budgets and profitability Support field activities Technical Knowledge AWS D1.1 AISC Certification Structural steel and plate fabrication Conveyors and material handling PowerFab SDS/2, Inventor, AutoCAD, Advance Steel Success Metrics Customer satisfaction On-time delivery Gross margin Quality Schedule adherence Safety Required Qualifications 5+ years relevant experience Excellent communication Strong organizational skills Ability to read engineering drawings Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with Powerfab, or other MRP or ERP system Preferred Qualifications Experience with conveyors, structural steel, pressure vessels, hoppers, bins and heavy industrial fabrication. Engineering, Construction Management or related degree (or equivalent experience). Cross-functional experience in estimating.
