The Marketing and Events Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our small-scale event management and marketing efforts. This entry-level position involves coordinating weekly events with fewer than 50 attendees, managing digital, in-person, and print marketing channels, and engaging directly with customers to promote sales. The assistant will also handle vendor relationships, assist in campaign execution, and contribute to data analysis for optimizing marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute weekly events with under 50 attendees
• Support marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels
• Manage social media accounts to enhance customer engagement
• Engage directly with customers in sales and event settings
• Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships
• Assist in analyzing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with the team to develop content and promotional materials

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in marketing and event planning
• Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Skills in event planning and content development
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
