Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Medical Surgical units to provide compassionate patient care. These roles offer a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality nursing services to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities: Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit. Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions utilizing Meditech EMR. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including case management, PT/OT/ST, and providers. Perform procedures such as EKGs, Echo, Colonoscopy prep, TEE, EEG, and wound care management. Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies. Support orientation and precepting of new staff and students. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice. BLS and ALS certifications required. Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience. Demonstrated proficiency with vital sign equipment, glucometers, and patient monitoring tools. Ability to work 7P-7A shift with flexible scheduling preferences.
