Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) to champion our mission while developing strong referral partnerships across hospitals, home health, SNFs, and clinics. As a brand ambassador, you will educate clinicians about hospice options, identify new referral opportunities, and drive awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and in-service education.
