Work Environment\nThis position is primarily remote, leveraging technology to connect with clients through telehealth services. Our therapists are equipped with electronic medical records systems to monitor and document client progress efficiently. You will be part of a collaborative virtual team, participating in regular meetings and consultations to ensure aligned approaches and shared goals for client outcomes. This model allows for minimal paperwork while maximizing your time spent directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. \n
- Engage in one-on-one therapeutic sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based techniques suited for the youth population. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in the electronic medical records system. \n
- Provide assistance and guidance regarding financial or social needs to enhance client support. \n
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to discussions on best practices and client care strategies. \n
- Adhere to all ethical codes and organizational policies while ensuring compliance with state regulations. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development to uphold licensing requirements and clinical competencies. \n
- Manage a full caseload productively, prioritizing clients' needs while establishing clear communication channels. \n
This position primarily serves youth and their families, providing therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting emotional well-being and resilience. You will work with clients who present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support will be crucial in fostering positive outcomes for these young individuals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field such as clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution. \n
- An active and independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory. \n
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of cases. \n
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building therapeutic relationships with clients. \n

- Experience working in telehealth settings and familiarity with electronic medical records. \n
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire youth towards positive behavioral changes. \n
- Previous experience working with diverse populations and understanding barriers to accessing mental health services. \n
