Qualifications Education Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing – Required Bachelors Degree – Preferred Work Experience No experience required; New Graduates of a nursing program eligible – Required Nursing experience in hospital setting – Preferred 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions – Preferred Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License – Required BCLS - Basic Life Support – Required Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum) Addendum Cardiac Tele: ACLS Certification required within 6 months of start date Critical Care: ACLS Certification required within 6 months of start date Dialysis: CDN preferred Emergency Department: ACLS and PALS required within 6 months; experienced ED nurses will have 6 months to obtain PALS Infusion/Oncology: Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification prior to independent chemotherapy administration upon hire Pediatrics: PALS required within 180 days; additional certifications as specified Surgical Services: ACLS; PALS if unit provides care to pediatric patients; BLS within 180 days Womens Services: NRP by end of orientation period; additional NICU/NURSE certifications required within stated timelines How to Submit an Application After reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information RN - Med Surg, Nights, Jasper, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
