Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents, increase brand awareness, and build strong relationships with existing stakeholders. This includes creating marketing materials, managing our social media presence, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote our facility and services
• Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets
• Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating engaging content and responding to inquiries
• Collaborate with our admissions team to develop targeted marketing strategies to attract new residents
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotional activities
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
