Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This role involves providing patient care for cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac surgical patients within a step-down level of care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must have a minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience. Valid NH RN License or Compact License (proof of State Residency required), BLS, and ACLS certifications are required.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, with 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Clinical responsibilities include managing chest tubes, various tubes and drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone, post-surgical lines/tubes/drains, Trachs/Laryngectomies, telemetry, complex wounds, central line care, and blood draws. Also, involved in hemodynamic monitoring, invasive blood pressure monitoring via arterial lines, and managing vasoactive medications including Nitro, Primacor, dobutamine, and dopamine drips. Use of Bi-PAP/C-PAP, external pacers, epicardial wires, and TR bands are also required.
