This role bridges families, caregivers, and the care team—delivering timely assessments, clear direction, and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in‑home client assessments, reassessments, and care plan development Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to caregivers and CNAs Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices Monitor client outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition Serve as a trusted clinical resource for families and referral partners Qualifications: Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina Home care, community health, or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently This role embodies Homewatch CareGivers’ core values of Response, Recognition, Respect, and Results, ensuring families receive care they can trust and caregivers receive the clinical support they deserve.
