Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Day & Overnight Shifts (Boonton, NJ)

Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients in the Boonton, NJ area. We have immediate openings for a Wednesday day shift, every Saturday overnight, and some Sunday overnight shifts. Build a schedule that works for your life while delivering care that makes a difference.

What You'll Do

• Individualized pediatric care Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
• Clinical monitoring & documentation Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
• Family-centered support Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
• Home safety Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

Available Shifts

• Wednesday day shift
• Saturday overnight
• Sunday overnight (as needed)

Multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling.

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
