CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable CNC Machinist to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
Read blueprints and work instructions.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
Make machine offsets and minor adjustments as needed.
Maintain quality standards and complete required documentation.
Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures.
Work with the team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Perform repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting.
