RN - Rehab

This is a 13-week contract position at a state-of-the-art, 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to adult patients, implementing recovery plans and assisting in rehabilitation therapies. Responsibilities Administer medications and follow treatment plans as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective care strategies. Assist patients with daily activities to promote recovery. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Current RN license in the state of practice.
