Located in Phoenix, AZ Salary: $18.00/hr 3rd Shift Loader Location: West Phoenix, AZPay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-2:00 AM
Overtime: Required; 50-60 hours per week typical Job Summary A growing beverage company in West Phoenix is seeking reliable and hardworking 3rd Shift Loaders to join their team. This is a physically demanding, outdoor general labor position involving the manual loading and unloading of water trucks by hand. No forklifts or powered equipment are used in this role. Ideal candidates will have experience in general labor, moving, construction, landscaping, warehouse loading, or other physically intensive work environments. Essential Job Duties
- Manually load and unload water products from delivery trucks and trailers.
- Lift, carry, stack, and move product throughout the shift without mechanical assistance.
- Secure and organize loads to ensure safe transportation.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona heat.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
- Assist with general yard, warehouse, and loading operations as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy products consistently throughout the shift.
- Comfortable performing strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull frequently.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as business needs require.
- Previous experience in general labor, moving, construction, landscaping, warehouse loading/unloading, or other physically demanding roles preferred.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
- Ability to work overtime and extended shifts when needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
