Positioned among the top 50 golf clubs in the United States, we pride ourselves on providing The Best Day of Golf in America and an overall exceptional caliber of service and experience for our Members and their guests.Position Responsibilities:Prepare variety of meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items according to the individual stations using Castle Pines Golf Club recipes.Assist in food preparation operations for all food outlets of the Club.Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.Understand and comply consistently with Castle Pines Golf Club standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.Assist in food preparation assignments during off-peak periods as needed.Report to shift on time and in proper uniform.Perform related duties as needed including washing dishes, kitchen cleaning, and assist with any other projects as assigned by the kitchen manager.Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needs of the business arise.Benefits include:Eligible to participate in the Employee Bonus Program.May be eligible for health benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision.Paid Family and Medical Leave (CO FAMLI).May be eligible for 401(k) with company match.Paid Sick Time.Castle Pines Golf Club is an equal opportunity employer, and we strive to hire a diverse workforce that shares our vision of setting the standard of excellence in golf experience.
