Audio Visual Technician

Audio Visual Technician We are seeking a skilled and dependable Audio Visual Technician to join our company. In this role, you will install, set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain audio visual equipment to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Responsibilities Install AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, displays, cameras, and control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and professionally. Maintain AV inventory, organize projects and assist with the design process, and have a voice in the evolution of our products and services. Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is used properly. Qualifications High school diploma, 2‑year associate's degree, technical training or certifications preferred. Experience working with audio visual equipment in events, corporate, education, hospitality, or venue settings. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lift and transport AV equipment as needed. Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or early mornings when required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of signal flow, adapters, cabling, and AV connectivity. Preferred Skills Familiarity with digital mixers, video conferencing systems, control panels, and switching equipment. Knowledge of common AV software and presentation platforms.
