Cross Creek Landscape Design + Build has spent years earning a name in Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane metro for beautiful, well-crafted outdoor living spaces and for loving its community. Our average project last season was $195,000. We rank top-3 for dozens of local search terms, we show up in AI search results, and we have a content brand that's pulled seven-figure video views. We know our craft, we know our market, and Gods built something real.

Now we're praying for the right person to help us become the go-to landscape design and build firm in this market.

Here's who we are: we're missionaries in the business field. We just happen to do it through landscape design and build.

The Direction We're Headed:

We believe God's leading us somewhere good: toward becoming the go-to firm in the market — the name people think of first when they picture their dream yard. We want a steady stream of the right clients, a brand that inspires trust before we ever shake a hand, and marketing that blesses everyone who sees it with the love of God.

What we don't have all figured out is the exact path to get there — and that's where you come in. We're not hiring hands to execute a plan we've already written. We're hiring a professional whose judgment we trust to help us build that plan. You'll bring the expertise. You'll tell us what you see, where the opportunities are, and how you'd get us to the top. We'll give you the runway to do it.

What You'll Own:

• Our brand and our story. You make Cross Creek come alive. You live on our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — shooting job sites, transformations, crew moments, and drone footage, editing fast, and posting same-day. Every post should inspire someone to hire us and leave them more encouraged than before they found us.
• SEO + AIO. You keep us dominant in Google and in AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity — if you don't know what AIO is, this isn't your role yet).
• The tech and the tools. Automation, analytics, and AI are second nature to you. You use AI every day and you're faster with it than most teams of three.
• The lead pipeline. You build campaigns and content that put qualified, ready-to-talk homeowners in front of our salesman. When he closes them, you share in the win.
• Strategy, not just execution. You bring us your professional read on what's working, what isn't, and where we go next. We want your voice at the table.

The Money: You find the people. You get them to our salesman. If he closes them, you get paid on the sold construction project. Here's the structure:

• $1,000 for every project sold at $75,000 or more.
• $500 for every project sold between $40,000 and $75,000.
• $250 for every project sold between $20,000 and $39,000.
• Sell 3 in a single month at $75k+? You earn $1,000 on each of the three plus an extra $1,500 bonus on the third — $4,500 for the month.
• No cap. The more qualified buyers your marketing brings us, the bigger your checks.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned marketer with a point of view — you don't just execute, you have professional opinions and the track record to back them.
• Proven marketing/lead-gen results — you can show us the numbers.
• Marketing-first, sales-aware — your strength is attracting and warming up clients, with the instincts to recognize a real buyer.
• Fluent in SEO and sharp on AI search optimization.
• Genuinely techie — tools, automation, and AI are second nature, not a struggle.
• Daily AI user (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) — dependent on it, not just curious.
• Comfortable on a job site with a camera in your hand.
• Hungry and driven — you want to work hard and be rewarded for it — but humble enough to serve the team, keep learning, and put the mission ahead of the spotlight.
• Someone who wants their work to mean something — who can make us look amazing to the world, inspire people to hire us, and bless everyone who sees our marketing with the love of God.
