Mental Health Therapist

Included Health (formerly Doctor on Demand + Grand Rounds Health) is seeking a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Minnesota to join our team of dedicated mental health clinicians, under the guidance of a Behavioral Health Supervisor. This 1099 Contractor role offers the opportunity to help redefine healthcare by providing compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients across their healthcare journey. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will deliver individual therapy sessions through our cutting‑edge telehealth platform, focusing solely on patient care and documentation. Our Clinical Operations team manages billing, scheduling and onboarding, allowing you to dedicate your time to your clients. You will have ongoing access to a supportive clinical environment. Key responsibilities include performing virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy, conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations, compiling patient medical data (including health history and mental status examination findings), determining and implementing behavioral health treatment plans, evaluating the results of mental health assessments, and providing evidence‑based therapeutic support to patients. You will also conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process, as assigned.
