Step into a dynamic school-based opportunity where you’ll make a real difference in the lives of students from Pre-K through 4th grade. This onsite Occupational Therapy contract position starts as soon as possible and runs through June 26, 2026, offering rewarding hands-on experience in a supportive educational environment. Serve across two welcoming school buildings, collaborating with staff while helping children reach their potential.

You will be working three days per week, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch, totaling 19.5 hours weekly. Your expertise will support a full continuum of OT services—blend your skills in evaluation, direct student support, consultation, reporting, and presenting in a role designed to positively impact young learners.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid and current OT licensure in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate across teams
• Experience in report writing and presenting evaluation findings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for Pre-K to 4th grade students
• Complete detailed reports, progress updates, and present findings to IEP teams
• Provide direct therapy and consultative OT services tailored to individual needs
• Monitor and document student outcomes and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
