Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months (Est. Start Date: 09/21/2026 - Est. End Date: 09/17/2027)

Santa Clara, CA 95054 - 100% onsite at the Santa Clara office.

Relocation not considered at this time. Candidates should be within 30-45 minutes commute from the office only.

Initial Assignment Length: 12 months with possibility of extension depending on candidate performance and business needs

Pay Rate Range: $107/hr. - $112/hr. on W2

MSP NOTES:

The person we're looking for will manage AI types of projects - but we don't require any AI expertise -- we just want solid project manager skills. However, if they have project management experience on AI projects - that's even better.

Strong Technical PM and Engineering background required.

Super strong communication skills.

Duties:

As a Project Manager, DTG AI Initiatives, you will manage the AI portfolio to help rollout AI platform across the organization. You'll help coordinate the day-to-day execution of the AI initiatives, working closely with engineering teams, the Program Management Office (PMO), product managers, and business stakeholders to keep the rollout on track and well-communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage to the major program delivery timelines, including the phased deployment
• Facilitate clear stakeholder communication and alignment between executives, engineering teams, platform owners, and the PMO
• Track and report on program readiness scores to ensure predictable outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement of the operating model based on feedback loops and production signals
• Drive program governance, including milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and resource coordination across the AI portfolio.
• Standardize reporting cadences for status updates and executive summaries.

Skills:   

• Experience in project management within an SDLC or technical engineering context
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records.
• Proactive organizational skills for scheduling and task coordination.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Reliability in executing routine administrative tasks and following established processes
• Ability to work across multiple inputs and follow through on tasks
• Eagerness to learn project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PLP).
• Demonstrates an AI-leaning mindset, with a curiosity for how AI can optimize workflows and a willingness to adopt new AI-powered productivity tools

Requirements:

• 4-year degree or higher preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
