Schedule/Hours:

• Nights, 3x12 hour shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• Weekend shifts as required
• On-call as required

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 4 years of Med-Surg RN experience
• BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred
• Proficiency in Epic EMR
• Ability to float as needed across units
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
