Assistant Wedding Coordinator

Just As Plannedis a boutique wedding and events company based in Tucson, AZ that seeks an Assistant Wedding Coordinator to support weddings and special events across the U.S. and internationally. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, outgoing, calm under pressure, and excited by fast-paced event environments. You will work closely with lead coordinators to manage guest experience, event logistics, travel coordination, on-site setup, vendor support, and day-to-day event operations.We're looking for someone who:Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and professionalismCommunicates effectively with guests and clientsCan operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions in real timeCan work well with groupsIs detail-oriented and proactiveHas flexible availabilityHolds a valid passport and is comfortable traveling domestically and internationallyPrevious wedding or event experience is a plus but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, assistant roles, restaurant, customer service, or experiential/event work are encouraged to apply.
