Description: 13 weeks 5x8-hour days, every 4th weekend, every other holiday. Must have acute care hospital inpatient CM experience and either travel or EPIC experience. Can approve up to 40 hours RTO. Can submit with VA license pending.

• Charting System Experience: Required
• Charting System Name: Epic
• Community Hospital Experience: - LTAC Experience: - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred
• Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred
• Travel Experience Required: - Certifications: BLS
• Skills: Acute Hospital, Care coordination, Discharge Planning, Disease management, MS, Needs Assessment/ Order DME, Plan of Care, See Special Equipment section, Must have Epic OR travel exp.

Facility & Patient Care Details:

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Special Procedures/Unit Details: First time travelers MUST have acute care and Epic experience - Hard Stop **** Must have travel OR Epic experience. Will take candidates with one or the other, but will not consider candidates that don't have either.
