ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Insurance has always been a part of my life-my father was a State Farm agent, and before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member myself. Those experiences helped shape my passion for serving customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

My wife and I both attended Auburn University, and we stay busy with our children and two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends.

Community involvement is important to me, and while we're already active locally, we have plans to expand our participation in community events and outreach efforts in the years ahead.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Logan Steers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
