The New Washington State Bank is looking for a talented Customer Care Center Representative to add to our retail team. This position will service the financial needs of our customers via telephone, email, online chat, and mail. This position will also perform various maintenance to customer and account information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide a variety of financial services such as account transfers, stop payment requests, check orders, statement requests, etc.

Identify the financial needs of our customers and timely resolve issues/concerns.

Ensure quick and proper responses to all reasonable customer requests.

Perform Maintenance to update customer and account information.

Perform research tasks as needed.

Perform daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch.

Follow all company policies and practices.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

At least 1 year of banking experience
