Youth & Family Programs Director — Innovate & Engage

The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking a Youth & Family Director to oversee and coordinate programs that engage children, teens, and families. Responsibilities include managing activities such as Gymnastics, Dance, and Cultural Programs while driving innovation and ensuring quality experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, project management skills, and strong knowledge in child and youth development.
