Valid RN state license. Current certifications in BLS and NIHSS Stroke Certification. Ability to demonstrate critical nursing skills and assessments. Description: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical setting. The role requires monitoring patients’ conditions and providing appropriate interventions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Documentation of patient care and adherence to protocols and policies are essential. You must address patient needs and communicate effectively with both patients and their families. Participation in continuing education and training is expected to maintain competencies. You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed. The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks is crucial. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care are required.
