This opportunity is for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) role within a retail pharmacy setting located in Elkhart, KS. The position supports a recently acquired retail pharmacy and requires immediate placement. Candidates with retail pharmacy experience and a Kansas pharmacist license are encouraged to apply. Location:

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Contract Duration:

• 13+ weeks with temp-to-hire potential

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the retail pharmacy as the Pharmacist in Charge
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage pharmacy staff and workflows to maintain high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate records and handle inventory management
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns effectively

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Kansas pharmacist license
• Experience working in retail pharmacy settings preferred but not mandatory
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
