• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive assessments
• Keep in touch with leads to foster interest and aid them through the hiring journey
• Ensure accurate documentation in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you set up, interviews conducted, and hires achieved from your referrals
