Pay: $19-22 (Based on shift)
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift availability
Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of mechanical components to build units
• Use hand tools, power tools, vices, and clamps to perform clean, precise mechanical assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Measure and verify parts using tape measures and other basic measuring tools to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Inspect parts and assemblies throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify assembly or quality issues quickly, diagnose root causes, and help implement practical solutions.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while sitting or standing, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Switch between tasks regularly as production needs change while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Use a computer at a basic level to access work instructions, record production information, or track tasks.
• Keep track of inventory, tools, and materials to ensure the workstation is organized and properly supplied.
• Work collaboratively with team members, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance, arriving on time and ready to work each shift.
• Work weekends and overtime as needed to support production demands.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and orderly work area in a busy manufacturing facility.

Essential Skills

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience with mechanical experience
• Ability to correctly and safely use hand tools and power tools in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documentation.
• Basic math skills for measurement, counting, and simple calculations.
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Mathematically inclined and comfortable working with measurements and tolerances.
• Very good attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Comfort handling firearms in a controlled manufacturing setting.
• Ability to differentiate colors accurately when working with parts or materials.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for accessing information and tracking work.
• Ability to keep track of inventory, tools, and materials at the workstation.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends and overtime when required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or general labor in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced production facility.
• Strong observational skills to identify potential problems early in the assembly process.
• Ability to quickly diagnose issues and contribute to practical solutions.
• High level of personal responsibility for quality, safety, and productivity.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt as the company grows and adds new operations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Wales, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
