Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We're Hiring an Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews on active construction projects in the Orlando area.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage electricians, coordinate daily work activities, maintain safety standards, and keep projects moving efficiently while delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead commercial electrical crews
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower
• Install, oversee, and inspect electrical systems and components
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
• Train and mentor apprentice and mechanic-level electricians
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field

 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crews of up to 10 electricians
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentice and mechanic-level electricians
• Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite briefings
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the field crew and project management
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading crews of up to 10 electricians
• Proven ability to manage manpower, production schedules, and project deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
