Senior Property Accountant - Boston A family owned real estate firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to oversee property-level accounting within a commercial real estate environment. This hands‑on role supports financial reporting, property operations, and budgeting activities. Compensation: $90,000-120,000 + Bonus Key Responsibilities Manage property accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities Record and amortize leasing commissions and recurring journal entries Reconcile escrow accounts, track taxes, and maintain fixed assets/depreciation Review P&L and balance sheet activity; investigate variances Support audits and year‑end close Maintain lease tracking and tenant COIs; support CAM reconciliations Assist with tenant collections and serve as MRI system contact Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles with property managers Qualifications 5–10+ years of commercial real estate/property accounting experience Strong knowledge of deferred leasing commissions and complex journal entries MRI software experience required; fixed asset systems preferred Strong analytical, reconciliation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a lean team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
