Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and provide essential support to our office and operations team.
This role is responsible for handling inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting daily office operations. The CSR works closely with the Operations Manager and office team to help ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
This is a customer-facing support role focused on communication, organization, responsiveness, and follow-through. Field operations, technician routing, and dispatch functions are managed by the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with service requests and questions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule service appointments accurately using company software
- Gather and enter complete customer information
- Coordinate with the operations team to support daily workflow
Outbound Follow-Up
- Follow up with customers on open or unsold estimates
- Re-engage customers to schedule service
- Help convert opportunities into booked jobs
Collections Support
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices
- Communicate professionally to resolve payment issues and customer follow-through
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer records and job notes
- Assist with general office coordination and tasks as needed

Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in customer service, call center, or office role
- Strong phone communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy (iPhone, Google Workspace, CRM/software systems)
- Experience in home services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is a plus
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Compensation
Pay: $28/hour
