Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $17.50 per hour
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Part-Time days (full-time equivalent) available! Days, Evenings, and

Weekends!

• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
• Mileage reimbursement options available

What We’re Looking For * 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

• Provide support with daily routines and personal care
• Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
• Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship
• Support engagement at home and within the community
