UI/UX Designer Lead the UI/UX design team in conceptualizing and developing user centric designs for web and mobile applications. Define the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that meet project objectives. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
