Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - Medicine to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. Opportunity Details:

• Daytime Schedule.
• Elicits and performs a detailed and accurate history and performs an appropriate physical examination.
• Monitors the level of and adjusts immunosuppressive medications.
• Observes and records pertinent progress of patients, updating and summarizing charts, writing orders and progress notes, and notifying Attending Physicians of changes in patient's condition when appropriate.
• Performs BLS and ACLS procedures in the presence of life-threatening situations such as cardiac and/or respiratory distress when an Attending Physician is unavailable and with the Physician when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant certification/license issued by the NCCPA
• Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant
• Must be ACLS/BLS certified

Wages and Benefits include:

• Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40-hour work week.
• The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**, which includes the baseline salary and other factors as set forth below:
