Travel RN - Labor and Delivery

Location: Frisco, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7A - 7P

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery to join our team. Our L&D nurses are responsible for the care of labor and delivery, antepartum, and recovery patients. They work closely with Mother Baby nurses who take care of couplets.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to L&D, antepartum, and recovery patients.
Collaborate with Mother Baby nursing staff for couplet care.
Manage patient care in accordance with best practices and established guidelines.
Participate in the induction process, cesarean sections, and TOLAC procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR (CPN and Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications

Must have 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience.
Required certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS.
Preferred skills: scrub capability and charge experience.
