You’ll lead a team of enthusiastic crew members, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a fun atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise Shift: Oversight of all restaurant activities during your shift, including staff management, customer inquiries, and compliance with company policies. Team Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service, fostering a positive work environment. Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is memorable; address concerns promptly and professionally. Food Safety: Maintain high food safety standards; monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to prevent health risks. Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation. Shift Reports: Prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and incidents. Training: Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Promotions and Specials: Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales. Qualifications Previous restaurant or fast‑food experience preferred. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
