Employee Relations Investigator (CR/512140) Brooklyn, New York Salary: USD50 - USD60 per hour A health services network in New York City is seeking an Employee Relations professional to join their team in Brooklyn to support workplace investigations and employee relations matters. About the Opportunity Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 9am to 5pm Setting: On-site Responsibilities Conduct interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses. Investigate the full sequence of events and evaluate relevant evidence. Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations. Present completed reports to HR and Labor Relations for review and next steps. Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and sound judgment throughout each investigation. Qualifications 3+ year of prior Workplace or Employee Relations Investigation experience Demonstrated experience conducting witness interviews Strong investigative, analytical, and fact-finding skills Excellent written communication and report-preparation abilities Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive matters Desired Skills Working knowledge of HR practices, workplace policies, and employee relations principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
