PLUMBER HELPER / IRRIGATION HELPER

Lee County | $19–$20/HR | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Want to learn a skilled trade and get your hands dirty?

We’re looking for a dependable Plumber Helper / Irrigation Helper to join a growing irrigation company in Lee County!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to learn a trade. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians assisting with irrigation installation, repairs, piping, sprinkler systems, and job-site projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist technicians with irrigation installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Dig trenches and assist with laying and connecting pipe
• Install and replace sprinkler heads, valves, and irrigation components
• Use hand tools and basic power tools
• Load and unload tools, pipe, materials, and equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting irrigation systems
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Learn new skills and grow into a skilled Irrigation Technician

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
• Clean driving record REQUIRED
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools is a plus
• Plumbing, irrigation, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful
• Must be comfortable working outside in Florida heat and weather
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, dig, and stay active throughout the workday
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Entry-level candidates are welcome!
