Technicians work in a spacious, family-owned shop with steady workflow, 14 hoists, 10 additional open bays, and quality equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs
• Complete diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work independently
• Troubleshoot automotive electrical systems and drivability concerns
• Maintain quality while consistently producing approximately 40 billable hours per week
• Work with the service team to keep repairs moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional shop experience as an Automotive Technician
• A-Level automotive diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience completing bumper-to-bumper repairs independently
• Strong automotive diagnostics, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Ability to consistently produce approximately 40 billable hours per week
• Dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred
