As an Auto Field Adjuster you’ll be responsible for creating comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to proper disposition. You will be a peer mentor with mastered processes and technical expertise. We are seeking an experienced Auto Field Adjuster to join our field estimating team in the Lynwood Compton, California area covering South Gate, Watts and Downey. We look for a professional with experience in auto damage assessment, proficiency in CCC One estimating software, strong negotiation and time management skills, and a customer‑focused approach to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.
