About the Role
The Company is seeking a Crisis Management Execution Lead to join their CSIS team. This senior role is pivotal in the design and maintenance of the all-threats Crisis Management program, which encompasses the full crisis management lifecycle from readiness to recovery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that country-level crisis management plans are in line with the program standards, contributing to the development and execution of training exercises, and building strong relationships with key internal partners to ensure an integrated crisis response. The role also involves monitoring the threat landscape, supporting regional crisis response, and advising leadership during crisis events. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crisis management principles, a proven track record in leading real-world crisis responses, and the ability to influence senior leadership in high-stakes situations. Applicants for the Crisis Management Execution Lead position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a background in enterprise/operational resilience, business continuity, or corporate security. A minimum of 10 years' experience in crisis management within a large, complex, and regulated global organization is required, with a focus on the financial services sector. The role demands a leader with compassion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, stressful environment. Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision and a high level of ownership. Professional fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, and a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including AI, is a plus.
