Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for the SWIC Educational Employee full-time union position of Enrollment Services Specialist.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, this position serves as a resource in providing general information over the phone, in-person and via email to students, faculty, staff and the community regarding the student enrollment process. The Enrollment Services Specialist will exercise a wide-range of knowledge to include institutional policies and procedures, ICCB regulations and Federal Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) This position will maintain document and data integrity through organized, accurate records in accordance with departmental, institutional, and state regulations. Work involves a high level of confidentiality and the ability to make independent judgments and initiative in the undertaking and organization of tasks.


QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree is preferred.
2. Three (3) years of related full-time experience is required. Higher education experience is preferred.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit is required; PeopleSoft experience is preferred.

STARTING PAY AND HOURS

$20.34/hr. at 37.5 hours per week
