Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, including both short-term and long-term therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic techniques that promote personal growth, emotional resilience, and an overall sense of well-being.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues through regular staff meetings and supervision to discuss treatment plans and client progress in a unified approach.

• Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy sessions, adapting your methods to best serve clients who may face challenges in attending in-person appointments.

• Engage with clients of diverse backgrounds, addressing issues related to both adult and child/adolescent populations through individual and couples therapy.
